This is a job that is easy for a person with the right field of
experience. We need to join a strip of weather seal material, (it is
highly preferable that it is a clear material such as silicon or
similar)to the edge of a glass sheet. The join needs to be in the
form of a chemical weld, ie not glued but a permanent bond. The

Silicon sealer is the answer to this one, I have spoken with a glass expert on this very question.
The reason you use Silicone is it will move if necessary, and almost impossible to break the seal if you put a continuous bead along the edge.
