I put a roll of vinyl stick-on baseboard on the painted wall of my bathroom. I changed my mind and removed it - but the adhesive remains. I have tried GooGone, Goof-Off, and mineral spirite with no results at all. I can chip at it with a paint scraper, but that's very tedious and time consuming.
Does anyone know of a good solvent that might crack this stuff?How do I remove adhesive from my painted walls?
Do you still have the container it came in? It may have removal instructions on it.
For removal of ceramic tile mastic, I had success with a heat gun, so if it's anything similar that could be a possibility.
