Wall or floor?

Wall - should be a white hard putty like 6mm stripe - Soak in hot soapy water and scrape off.

Floor - should be grey (white on some natural stones) cement based 10mm stripe - forget it propabaly stronger than the tile.

Good luck
BOMB BOMB BOMB BOMB BOMB DYNAMITE BOMB BOMB BOMB NUKE IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Soak in water may for min 24 hrs
If you are not a kid and can do this safely, what you ant to use is charcoal lighter fuel, out doors and wear a mask and chemical gloves. Dip each one in a bucket of it and let sit on a 3mil plastic sheet away from the house for five minutes, you can peel it right off then
