What type of glue or adhesive is safe for use inside a refrigerator?

The plastic shelfs inside the door have cracked due to me putting too much weight (2 gallons of milk) in them. Are their special food safe glues? What type of glue or adhesive is safe for use inside a refrigerator?
Silicone glue is safe for use inside refrigerators. Either the clear type or white. It is nontoxic and able to expand and contract with the cold. Just make sure the surface is clean and dry (this is why paper towels were invented). It's forgiving, allowing you about 15 minutes to work it where you want it. If you get it on your finger, no problem. Just wash it off. It may leave your finger 'slippery', but won't hurt it.

Hint: Redistribute your milk. Remember, each gallon weighs 8 pounds.
