What things on the planet does the adhesive property of water not apply to?

Water is an adhesive substance, so in essence, it sticks to almost anything. What are the exceptions that exist on the planet? What things on the planet does the adhesive property of water not apply to?
A very good example is the leaf of a type of lotus. It has a surface that does not cling to water at all, said to be super-hydrophobic. When water comes into contact with the surface, it just rolls off, carrying any dirt with it, so the plant can photosynthesise better.

These types of surfaces have been made artificially as well. Look up nanograss surfaces to find out more.
