How can I remove posters without leaving adhesive on my walls?

I used Command strips for some of them and those ones are okay, but on the rest I used cheap poster mounting tape. My walls have ridges all over them and I can't get the adhesive off properly, which I need to do before I repaint. Any suggestions?How can I remove posters without leaving adhesive on my walls?
Acetone (fingernail polish remover) would probably work. Or there's this great product called ';Goo Gone'; that works to get rid of the adhesive, but will probably leave an oily spot.How can I remove posters without leaving adhesive on my walls?
Put some tooth paste to cover the ugly looking ara of the wall


i,ve tried it and works, the only thing is to have the right tooth paste color the same as yor wall :)
