What kind of adhesive can I use to replace a tile that has fallen off of my in-ground pool?

I live in the northeast so the adhesive has to be able to withstand the freezing and thawing of our winters. I have tried numerous pool stores and none will reveal their adhesive. What kind of adhesive can I use to replace a tile that has fallen off of my in-ground pool?
J-B Weld makes a product called Waterweld. It can be used on metals, fiberglass, masonry, ceramics, etc. I have found many uses for this product and may be used underwater!

If your local hardware store doesn't stock this item, this is a link to this product:

Good luck! I think this would work well for you w/o all the hassles of a complicated repair. It sets in about 20 minutes and also is food safe, so it wouldn't be a toxin in your pool. What kind of adhesive can I use to replace a tile that has fallen off of my in-ground pool?
gorilla glue
Liquid Nails should work just be sure it says for exterior use on the tube.

I had bad luck with gorilla glue trying to repair a chair rung because the stuff swells as it dries, and that may make your tile stand out from the rest of the tiles.
The best stuff in the world is GOOP. You can buy it at any home center for about $5. I use it all the time, and it has never failed. Great stuff. You can use regular GOOP, but they also have GOOP Plumbing and GOOP Marine; one of which may help you more. There isn't much difference though; you can just use regular GOOP. I'd bet my house that GOOP will hold it forever. Don't mess with anything else. This is the real deal. They advertise Glues Whatever %26amp; Bonds Forever, and it's true.
