What adhesive to stick aluminium foil to window?

Need to block out the morning sun that hits me in the face, even through the the fabric blind. So what adhesive is heat resistant enough to stick foil to the window, but would not leave residue on the window if I wish to remove the foil?

Vaseline, works well. It is non toxic, will not dry out and easily cleans off when your ready to rejoin the rest of the world.What adhesive to stick aluminium foil to window?
Just use some double stick tape on the edges of the window and apply the foil. Use nail polish remover to remove tape when ready to remove.
