What will remove adhesive from from car paint?

I recently bought a car and used a razor blade to remove a bumper sticker that had been left on, but there's still some adhesive residue. What can I use to remove the adhesive without damaging the car's paint job? What will remove adhesive from from car paint?

Go to NAPA, and they sell an automotive adhesive remover that works great, or you can start by using WD40 and a cotton towel.
3m makes a product to remove adhesive, wax, dirt ,its the same stuff that body shops use to wipe down the car before they paint.you can get this product from your local parts dealer that sells body paint and supplies.
time soap and water

or a hair dryer to soften it and a leather to rub lightly at it.

or some vegetable oil rubbed into it
Unleaded Petrol, I have done it loads of times!
Rubbing alcohol is great. You can also try WD40.
