How do you get adhesive off patent leather that wants to be professionally cleaned only?

Got this jacket for a dolllar at goodwill it looks like some one had put a duct tape design on it then peeled it off.


Don't have time to get it cleaned before vacation when I want to wear it. Any ideas?How do you get adhesive off patent leather that wants to be professionally cleaned only?

try using Vaseline Petroleum Jelly, and a soft cloth...may take a little bit of rubbing...but should do the trick
