How can I remove adhesive hooks from the wall with no damage?

I got those sticky hooks for my dorm and one just won't come off the wall. Any suggestions?How can I remove adhesive hooks from the wall with no damage?

Heat them up with a hair drier and then pull them slowly off the wall.
